About this game
Word Rescue turns hangman into a rescue mission. A kitten drifts below a bunch of six balloons, and every wrong letter pops one. Guess the hidden word letter by letter to bring the kitten safely down and climb to the next word — six popped balloons and the run ends. Perfect saves with zero mistakes pay a streak bonus, and a hint button crosses out three wrong letters once per word. Gentle to look at, tense by the fifth balloon.
How to play
Tap letters on the keyboard to guess. Right letters fill the blanks, wrong letters pop a balloon. Solve the word before all six balloons pop — the fewer balloons you lose, the more the word pays. Hint crosses out three wrong letters once per word.
Tips & Tricks
- Start with the letters that rarely appear — in English, Q and Z are almost free guesses.
- Common endings pay off — S, E and T live in a huge share of words.
- Keep track of what you have guessed — one wasted guess is one popped balloon.
- The perfect bonus is worth protecting — on an easy word, slow down rather than guess wild.
