How does the baking window work?

The oven ring fills clockwise and the green arc marks the perfect moment. Pull the pizza out while the progress line is inside the green arc for a perfect bake, earlier is raw and later turns it from good to burnt. With the second oven upgrade you bake two pizzas at once.
